This WebSDR system has coverage on all U.S. amateur HF, MF and LF bands, 2 meters, the bottom 1 MHz of 6 meters, and several shortwave broadcast bands - see the Technical Info page for more details.

This server (blue) covers 2 meters, the 90, 41, 25 and 19 meter shortwave broadcast bands and the "new" 2200 and 630 Meter amateur bands along with the so-called 1750 meter "LowFer" band:  You can read more about these receivers here.  Also provided is redundancy for 80/75 and 40 meter coverage, allowing this server to cover these (the most popular bands) if WebSDR1 (Yellow) goes offline, using these lower-performance receivers.

2 Meter coverage:  The 2 meter receivers use a preamp and a 5 element Yagi pointed (more or less) south, allowing reception of many repeaters and stations in the Salt Lake, Davis, Weber and Box Elder and nearby counties which includes the area from Salt Lake to north of Brigham City.

The "2200M/1750M" receiver is operational using a shielded H-loop antenna.  This antenna casts a deep null >=20dB due north/south of the WebSDR's site to eliminate a local noise source in the 2200 meter band, but this null should have little impact on signals from the east or west.

Notice:  There is a signal path issue affecting frequencies below approx. 400 kHz - including the "2200M/1750M" receiver - that is causing signals to be much weaker than expected.  This problem will be addressed when time/weather permits.
